Your dedicated property personal shopper in Barcelona. We find, visit, negotiate and secure the right apartment on your behalf, whether you're moving from abroad or already live here and don't have time to search.

For students, interns and professionals looking for a seasonal rental of 5 to 11 months (contrato de temporada).

When does the search start?
We plan your search around your move-in date, so your new home is ready when you need it. Tell us your ideal date during the free call and we will tell you the best moment to start.
Why is the Property Personal Shopper fee based on the rent?
One month's rent is the standard market reference for rental search services. Higher-end apartments usually involve more selective landlords, larger deposits and guarantees, and more at stake for you, so the level of work and care follows the property. The minimum fee is €1,600 + 21% VAT.
Can you guarantee I will find an apartment?
No one can honestly guarantee that, as the final decision always belongs to the landlord. What we guarantee is the work: a daily search, regular proposals that match your criteria, viewings organised quickly, a strong application file and constant WhatsApp contact. We only take on searches we believe we can close, and most of our clients secure an apartment within 2 to 3 weeks. The deposit covers the initial search work and is non-refundable once the search has started. The balance is due when you sign your lease. If no lease is signed by the end of the service, you pay nothing more.
Do prices include VAT?
Prices are shown before 21% Spanish VAT, which is added to every invoice.
Can my company pay for the service?
Yes. For company-paid relocations, we can invoice your employer directly.
Do you help with buying a property?
Our packages cover rentals. If you are looking to buy, contact us and we will discuss your project.
