Hi, I'm Vlad. I help international clients find and secure the right home in Barcelona.
Relofix is an independent apartment search and relocation service. I'm based here in Barcelona and I work on the ground, helping professionals, families and remote workers find the right home and settle in, without the stress, the language barriers or the guesswork.
My story
Barcelona has always been home
I was born in Toronto, but Barcelona raised me. I spent most of my life here, so this city has always felt like home. Later I moved back to Canada for a while, living in Toronto and then Montreal, before returning to Barcelona for good.
Living abroad and relocating across countries myself taught me how overwhelming a move can be: the paperwork, the viewings that lead nowhere, and the feeling of being an outsider in a market you do not yet understand.
When friends, and then friends of friends, started asking me to help them find apartments here, Relofix grew out of it: a way to give international clients the honest, local guidance I wish I had when I first arrived.
I work in English, French, Spanish and Catalan, so we can talk in whichever language feels most natural to you.
Before Relofix
Years of working with international clients, under pressure
Before Relofix, I spent years coordinating large, high-pressure events and working with international teams at Mobile World Congress, Alimentaria, Hudson's Bay and Razzmatazz. Those years taught me how to manage complex situations, communicate clearly with international clients, coordinate logistics and stay reliable under pressure. Those are exactly the skills that sit at the core of Relofix today.

I don't work for agencies. I work for you.
Many relocation services are quietly paid by the agencies or landlords they recommend, and that shapes the advice they give. Relofix does not work that way. I am paid only by my clients, so my single priority is helping you make the right decision, not closing a transaction. If an apartment is not right for you, I will say so plainly.
